Wow! What an amazing week. The 2nd annual community egg hunt was a huge success yesterday and it was followed by a powerful east service today.  I have never seen our church packed as it was yesterday. The atmosphere was great in there. All the kids were participating in the games and songs. Pastor Jon then preached what I would say the most powerful and simplest salvation messages ever. He then did the alter call and 92+ kids/adults accepted Jesus Christ into there heart. I know God can do great things but I never imagined seeing that many people up there accepting Jesus into there hearts, at a egg hunt of all things. After that Tim gave away some cool stuff. When we ran out of door prizes it was time for the egg hunt. All the volunteers were out there directing all the kids to where they needed to be and when all the kids were out there the easter bunny came flying in via helicopter and dropped off some more eggs, like 30,000 wasn't enough. The helicopter then landed and the easter bunny got out and got the crowd pumped up. After the helicopter left the kids got to hunt the eggs and let me say all those eggs were gone in no time. When everyone was done hunting eggs there was free hot dogs and drinks for everyone and inflatables for the kids to play in. 1200 hot dogs were giving away. As time went by everyone began to leave. I will never forget the boy that came up to me several times to  thank me because he had a great time. I watched him and he wasnt only thanking me. he thanked every person he saw that was wearing a blue volunteer shirt. I am hoping and praying that I see this kid come to our church again someday because I truly believe that yesterday his life was forever changed. Yesterday would have never been a success if it wasn't for all the volunteers and the great staff that we have at lfa. We followed up yesterday with a great easter service today. I'm sure Tim will be updating his blog in the next few days so yall can read about the service on his blog. here is the link

Changing subjects, I need to start updating this thing more so I need your help giving me some ideas on what to blog about. Thanks guys!
